How to Use the AI-Generated Captions Feature

Create strategic, on-brand fitness captions in seconds with our AI-powered caption tool. Built directly into your Feed Post content, it helps you generate personalized, coach-ready captions without the stress or overthinking.

This feature works seamlessly with any social media feed post — including workout posts, reel templates, and reel scripts — and is available inside both the Content Calendar and the Content Vault.

Here’s How to Use It:

1. Choose Your Post

Go to either the Content Calendar or the Content Vault (filter by Content Type → Social Media) and click on the post you want to create a caption for — whether it’s a workout demo, client transformation, or nutrition tip.

2. Click “Generate Caption”

Under the Instructions section (right above the Caption field), click the Generate Caption button to get started. The tool will instantly create a personalized, ready-to-post caption tailored to your content.

3. Choose Your Tone

Select the tone of voice that best fits your coaching brand.

4. Enter Your Info

Fill out a few quick prompts:

• Your name
• Instagram handle
• A few words to describe your coaching style
• Your gym, training business, etc.

This helps the AI tailor your caption to sound like your coaching voice.

5. Generate Your Caption

Click the Generate Caption button to create your custom caption. The tool will instantly craft a strategic, personalized caption based on your inputs and the type of post you’re using — whether it’s a workout demo, client result, promotion, or training tip.

When you’re happy with the result, click Copy Caption to easily paste it directly into your Instagram post or social media scheduler.

6. Edit Anytime

Want to tweak your tone or details? Click the settings icon inside the generated caption box to update your responses and refine your coaching voice anytime.

Steps 3 & 4 only need to be done once. After you’ve set your details, you’ll simply click “Generate Caption” each time — and the generator will automatically pull from your pre-selected tone and preferences for quick, on-brand captions.
